We only collect personally identifiable information about you if you choose to give it to us, using the “Contact Us” form.

In the “Contact Us” form, we will collect your personal data, as follows: first and last name, occupation, e-mail, content of communication.

Privacy Statement for Children

Our website is directed at an adult audience. We do not process any personally identifiable information from anyone we know to be under the age of 16 without the prior, verifiable consent of his or her legal representative. Such legal representative has the right, upon request, to view the information provided by the child and/or to require that it be deleted.

Report an adverse event

At Alvogen, we take the safety of our patients and consumers very seriously. For this reason, it is vital for us to continuously monitor the safety of our products or of the products distributed by us. By hearing about your experiences and others like you, we are able to offer the best possible advice to those using Alvogen products or those products that are distributed by Alvogen.

How to report an adverse event?

To help us process your information quickly and effectively, please remember to report as much relevant information as possible. At a minimum, you will need to provide the following:

The initials of the person who experienced the possible side effect and/or other identifiers, such as date of birth, age / group of age, gender, gestational period;

The name and contact information (postal address or email or telephone number) of the reporter, namely the person who is reporting the issue or its qualification;

A description of the possible side effect itself, such as the signs and symptoms experienced, date the possible side effect started and the result of the possible side effect;

The name of the (Alvogen) product involved.

What we do with your information?

After careful evaluation of each report received, side effects are filed in our global safety database located in India and regularly used to look for overall patterns. Alvogen may share the details of reported side effects with Health Authorities, as mandated by law. However, no personally identifiable details will be shared with the authorities or inserted in our global safety database.

Alvogen will retain the data as long as required by applicable law.

Alvogen processes personal data in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures.
